Abidos Hotel Apartment Al Barsha - Dubai

I had a very good experience during my month-long stay. The spacious apartment came with a well-equipped kitchen. There were some issues with bathroom cleanliness and ventilation that could use improvement.

Incredibly beautiful and exceptionally comfortable place, incredibly nice staff in a shift. Particularly good and perfect location next to shopping malls and a large supermarket. And near the beach. Fantastic, very very good breakfast on affordable prices, had outstanding food.

The apartment was spacious and very well equipped. The whole place was immaculate clean, which really exceeded my expectations.

The apartment sizes are quite generous, especially with options like a corner room that can accommodate a family easily. The included kitchen and washer add a level of convenience for longer stays, perfect for cooking or doing laundry when you're out exploring all day.

Housekeeping could use some serious improvement-towels are worn and getting extras can feel a bit petty. The noise from the street can keeping light sleepers up until the early hours, and while the breakfast is decent, selections dwindle closer to closing time, which can leave you wanting more. Plus, maintenance issues like non-working hairdryers and inconsistent hot water were a nagging annoyance during the trip.

Consider bringing your own toiletries, as the hotel offers minimal amenities. The location is ideal for easy access to major attractions.

A very good service and absolutely fantastic and very good breakfast. The pool was clean, comfortable to sit around...

The spacious one-bedroom apartment included a well-equipped kitchenette, perfect for preparing simple meals. The staff were warm and cute.

No hot water sometimes.

Extremely good value for money for Dubai given the relative convenient location to the Mall of Emirates and restaurants. Clean and spacious.

The room is a bit out-dated and construction around the Hotel.

It has support internet wireless just in the internet caffe

I had a fantastic stay with a spacious, well-equipped apartment and a lovely rooftop pool. The shower could've been hotter. I would definitely choose this place again!

The price was good for an apartment witha separate bedroom.

Receptionist (russian) on arrival after a seven hour flight was challenging. The booking was made for three adults and pre-paid in advance, however I was asked to pay an additional amount per day for the third adult on top of the payment already received. I refused to pay any additional payments and was made to feel very uncomfortable. The duty manager finally agreed that as the original booking was made and paid for three adults there would be no further charge. This is not an acceptable approach by the hotel. Fortunately the other hotel staff and excellent apartment staff made up for the unhelpful Russian receptionist. The apartment also had items for only two people, I.e. bedding, towels, plates, glasses, mugs etc and a call to reception proved once again a problem. Finally after two hours things were sorted out by a very helpful room (Indian) attendant. Bookings for trips could not be paid by card which again is not ideal for a business/leisure hotel.
